Exhibitor Information Summary
The Oregon Statewide Transition Conference will be the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your company and products developed for transition-age youth, educators and families. Our 3rd annual conference theme is “Igniting Partnerships for Student Success” The conference will be held at the Eugene, OR Hilton on March 7th and 8th 2019. The anticipated attendees will be transition specialists, high school special educators, and adult agency representatives such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Developmental Disabilities Services, Mental Health Practitioners, and School Psychologists. Over 600 attendees registered each of the last 2 years and we forecast similar attendance for this year’s conference.

We would appreciate your support in ensuring that the Oregon Statewide Transition Conference is a success. The exhibitor hall in the Graduate Hotel will be open on Thursday March 7 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday March 8 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Registration includes one 6x8 table, access to electric, and tablecloth if requested.Conference Registration
On the first conference day, March 7, set up will start at 8:00 am. This year the vendor hall is located in the lobby area with the popular Younique Boutique. On the second day of the conference, March 8, vendor set up will begin at 8:00 with the vendor hall closing at 3:00 pm that day.

Vendor tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. All special requests will be attempted to be honored at the time of registration.
To register a table in our exhibitor’s hall a one-time $600 payment, which includes full conference registration for 2 people affiliated with the vendor table, will be due at time of registration. For non-profit organizations, a one-time $300 payment for 1 person affiliated with the vendor table will be due at time of registration. If you are both a vendor and a presenter you must register as a vendor and click that you will be presenting when you complete the registration.
Along with a table at the conference we will offer several opportunities for vendors to showcase their products/organizations. We will have several social media campaigns aligned with the conference including Facebook live demonstrations available, use of the conference hashtag (#OSTC2019), and vendor information will be highlighted on our Instagram and Twitter accounts.
